DD's Energy Packed Blueberry Banana Spinach Smoothie
Add the following ingredients to a blender:
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 cup milk (I use unsweetened Soya milk)
- 1/4 cup water
- A handful of frozen blue berries or other berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 handful of frozen spinach
- 1 Tbsp UDO Omega oil
Blend well and enjoy - leaves me full for at least 3 hours. I know you'll like it.
