DD's Energy Packed Blueberry Banana Spinach Smoothie

Add the following ingredients to a blender:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup milk (I use unsweetened Soya milk)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • A handful of frozen blue berries or other berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 handful of frozen spinach
  • 1 Tbsp UDO Omega oil

Blend well and enjoy - leaves me full for at least 3 hours. I know you'll like it.
