DD's Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients A:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups organic oat bran flour
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup crushed walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Ingredients B:

  • 3 ripe banana crushed add 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp almond extract

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350

In a large bowl mix ingredients A set aside.
Mix ingredients B together and add to ingredients A.

Grease 2 loaf pans, add mixture and bake for 50 mins.
Cool, slice and serve
Excellent for freezing.
