DD's Power Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup vanilla Soya milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • Handful frozen berries
  • 1 small frozen banana or 1/2 of large banana
  • 1 tbsp omega 3 oil
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp glutamine (optional)

Preparation:

Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend.
Makes about a 12 oz serving.
