DD's Power Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup vanilla Soya milk
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- Handful frozen berries
- 1 small frozen banana or 1/2 of large banana
- 1 tbsp omega 3 oil
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)
- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp glutamine (optional)
Preparation:
Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend.
Makes about a 12 oz serving.
